Thank you to those who joined us in kicking off Twin Cities Pride week at Lake Harriet on Monday June 22nd. It was a fun concert for the band and we hope you enjoyed the music.

During the Twin Cities Pride Festival, Minnesota Freedom Band members will be in Loring Park at the Queer Music Consortium (QMC) booth on Saturday and Sunday. Please stop by and see us.

Founded in 1982, The Minnesota Freedom Band is a Twin Cities-based, non-profit community concert band comprised of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and allied (GLBTA) volunteers.  We are committed to presenting quality performances, providing opportunities for our members to improve musicianship, and gathering to build relationships with each other and with our community. Ensembles include a concert band, marching band and jazz band.
